One fine morning !! Hello people. The issue specially for the women this time. The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world!! This time we will talk about some of the things that what is the best things that only a Women can do !! The Womaniya Factor!! Three days before we;Tteam Baroda Beat were discussing about the current issues of the women and what are the contribution from her to the society. On the ending note we concluded that there is no job that a women could not do.
Take a look around you;you will find various examples that contributed to the country at various stages and each time that has made the country proud. Now let's take note that how in past ages they contributed.
Mother Teresa- She worked for the underprivileged and always tried to provide them motivation to learn and read and develop themselves. The lady who sacrificed her life for the upliftment of the community.
Chandda Kochhar- The ultimate example of a lady who is making a image of best corporate personality as a woman. She has been in the banking industry for so long and her contributions are immense in the building of the bank she is heading. There are hundreds of examples that are seen in our daily life if make a notice and I would like to motivate you all by saying that it's not necessary always that you need as stage or opportunity you could perform. You could create it by your own.
I heard that somewhere in the Rajkot a police officer caught some women bootleggers instead of punishing them she tried to give them a training in jewellery making and help the restore to the life of a normal person. This is the attitude needed what is wrong is wrong but the main thing is that how you intervene and bring the change. It is correctly said that a women educated educates the whole generation and this helps the society to grow and achieve a sustainable development in the society .
Now is it so in vain to bring the movement in the society that "Each one Teach one". Under this programme each girl or boy child near you who is unable to get the education. You initiate the thing and than make the profile of that child and make the visit to the nearby private companies and give them a opportunity to finance the educational and health needs of that child this would help him or her to achieve his/her dreams. What is asked from you in this ? just 3 things . Three hours a week, good communication skill and a dream to construct a better society.
This the way how we could bring the minimum literacy in our country. It's a high time to realize that the time has come to take the roles in our hands, Guys I on behalf of the Team would like to say that if you would be needing any help for getting in to companies for getting finances from their CSR we would come with you and would join you in this movement.
