The chase begin at 21 year , when the boy full of responsibilities came in the world and had a bag of dreams. "Full of Ideas but No money". It is well said that the person who has nothing to loose , no one can defeat him. But yet this "YOUNG" man planned his way made work his worship and today he made his kingdom and is here today standing with Team Baroda Beat and is with so much humbleness answering the questions.
This is not a bollywood story. He is here with us situated in Karelibaug , the person who made "Gujjus" eat the "Innda" (eggs). Rajesh Bhogilal Rana- the ultimate "Raju" and his "Annde ka Funda".
In year "1985" ye uss waqt ki kahani hai..When a 21 yr old Rajesh started making eggs on a "larri" and it was time in which if you ask any Gujju about eating Eggs would gain you some ultimate troll faces.(hope you understood).Rajubhai says that at this time he was having only two best investments-"Courage and Confidence". He knew that the ultimate way of success is to gain people and not to chase money. Just like Sultan Mirza saying "Duvva mein Yaad Rakhna". It was like "AWWWW" moment for us. Rajesh Bhai continues his story that even though such dislike in "Gujju" community he made them eat it and he says that the main thing in making of his dishes is the proper judgement of the masalas and adds to it is his love for making eggs.

"Baroda to America and From America to Dubai" on asking about this that how he made it. To this Raju bhai adds that due to the ultimate marketing funda i.e. Mouth to Mouth publicity made him earn this and he specifies that in both of the venture he has demanded no money from the owners and shares a experience that an Indian- Gujju came to him and said that "Raju bhai aapde America ma Tamara naam thi dukkan muki che, in which "EGG" word is replaced by "Raju" and people give order like "Please give a Raju half fry!!".
When we asked Raju bhai that what was his emotion when he was awarded "Best Road side Dhabba -2012" by TIMES NOW. Raju bhai replies that " it was the moment when for the first time I sat in aeroplane" and it was my childhood dream that one day i'll travel in an aeroplane and also used to say it to my mom.
When I was nominated and was asked to come to Mumbai for the event by aeroplane which was sponsored by Times Now it was the most satisfying moment for me in my life and the ultimate happiness of winning an award was still less than sitting in an aeroplane. Adding on this Raju bhai says that all this happiness and Awards was only possible due to my customers and there love towards me.baroda Beat noticed the spark that Raju bhai has in his eyes while talking is similar to the young boy who comes to city for achieving his dreams.
What property that Raju bhai has today according to him is his name. His name has replaced the word "egg" in a popular chain "Eggomania" in America, A shop established by a Raju Fan in Dubai. Raju bhai shared with us that he has booked an ambulance which will work for free for the street dwellers and this shows the kindness a man possess.
